WRE News: Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten Launches “Miami Tropic” Luxury Residences in the Design District

Miami, FL – October 21, 2024 – Renowned Michelin-star chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten is making his debut in residential real estate with the launch of the Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences in the Miami Design District, in partnership with Terra and Lion Development Group.

The 48-story tower will feature 329 luxury condos and a curated culinary experience, including Jean-Georges’ abc kitchens on the ground floor: A blend of his popular plant-forward restaurant abcV, Latin concept abc cocina, and abc kitchen.

Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg, the building offers over 41,000 square feet of amenities such as a resort-style pool, wellness spaces such as a juice bar, salon, and spa with treatment rooms and cold plunges, as well as private dining areas. Residents will also have access to a podcast recording studio, an indoor-outdoor private dining room, a chef’s kitchen, bar and lounge, and outdoor recreation spaces with ping pong tables and a squash court.

In the residences, floor-to-ceiling glass windows flood with natural light and strengthen residents’ connection to the surrounding city. Each home offers one of two distinct color palettes: dawn, reflecting the delicate hues of early morning light, and dusk, evoking tranquility and sophistication through evening-inspired hues.
