Miami, FL – October 21, 2024 – Swire Properties has revealed the first look inside The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami bringing a new level of luxury to Miami’s waterfront with two high-rise residential towers on Brickell Key.

The 66-story South Tower will feature 228 homes, including a $100 million penthouse, while the North Tower will house a new flagship hotel and private residences. Designed by Parisian star Tristan Auer, the interiors will blend natural materials with Miami’s coastal vibe, offering private terraces, custom kitchens, and high-end finishes.
