Miami, FL – October 14, 2024 – Meta Development has acquired the property at 1870 Brickell Avenue, with plans to build a five-story, 36-unit condominium.

Designed by Brazil’s OSPA Architecture and Urbanism, the building will stand out with its global design influences and eco-friendly approach. It will use locally sourced materials, state-of-the-art energy systems, and smart home technology, promoting sustainability and modern living.

The company is also in contract to purchase the neighboring 1880 Brickell Avenue, forming a $21 million development site. Units will start at $2.5 million, and the project is expected to launch in September 2025.
