Miami, FL – September 22, 2024 – A new 28-story tower in Little River is moving forward.

The Miami Building Department has issued a demolition permit for the site, and the FAA received a submission for a structure height of 360 feet. The project, approved by the Urban Development Review Board in July, will feature 454 residential units—182 of which are affordable housing under Florida’s Live Local act.

In addition to residential space, the tower will include 19,219 square feet of commercial area and a seven-level garage with 697 parking spaces.

The developer is 8038 And 165 Owner LLC, with Arquitectonica Architecture leading the design.
