Miami, FL – September 20, 2024 – South Miami is embarking on a $309 million redevelopment project centered around its City Hall.

This transit-oriented development, located adjacent to a Metrorail station, was approved by South Miami commissioners on Tuesday. The project will unfold in two phases, featuring a 6-story civic building housing city hall, police, and library facilities. It will also include two 15-story residential buildings offering 670 high-end apartments, along with 28,000 square feet of active retail, including restaurants and fitness centers.

Additionally, the development will provide 910 parking spaces, with 13th Floor as the designated developer leading the project.
