ZZ’s Tailgate at Hard Rock Stadium For Thursday Night Football

Miami, FL – September 12, 2024 -Major Food Group (MFG) partnered with the Miami Dolphins to host an exclusive Thursday Night Football tailgate prior to the team’s primetime bout against the Buffalo Bills. The event was hosted in Hard Rock Stadium’s MIA Garage Tailgate, welcoming fifty guests for an elevated game-day experience, featuring a gourmet tailgate menu. Guests indulged in a selection of Major Food Group’s dishes, including Wagyu Hotdogs, Grilled Lobster Rolls With Horseradish and Scallion, Ribeye Al Pastor Skewers, Rotisserie Porchetta Paninis, Grilled Dirty French Oysters, King Trumpet Mushroom Yakitori, ZZ’s Burger, Caviar Deviled Eggs and Mini Ice Cream Sandos all specially curated and prepared onsite by MFG’s Director of Culinary Operations, Jonah Resnick.
