Miami, FL – August 21, 2024 – Demand for luxury condos in Brickell is soaring, with nearly $1 billion in reservations for the upcoming Mandarin Oriental Residences Miami.

Developer Swire Properties has seen an overwhelming response to its new two-tower project on Brickell Key since launching sales in December 2023. In just 30 days, $150 million in reservations have already been converted into sales contracts.

The first tower will feature luxury private residences, while the second will house both a Mandarin Oriental hotel and additional residences. As interest grows, Swire has shared new designs for the 66-story tower, with a soft opening for the sales gallery scheduled this month.
