The former Banyan Cay Resort has been transformed into The Belgrove, a prestigious addition to the Marriott Autograph Hotel collection. This 194-room luxury resort will sit next to the revitalized Dutchman’s Pipe Golf Club, a Jack Nicklaus-designed course set to reopen with a hefty $300,000 membership fee.

The @witkoffco Group and Access Industries, who also manage the elite Shell Bay Club, have undertaken this ambitious project. The Belgrove will offer guests and members world-class dining and access to top-tier golf facilities, making it a standout addition to West Palm Beach’s luxury offerings.

Dutchman’s Pipe Golf Club, opening later this year, will feature a 7,300-yard course designed to challenge golfers of all levels while preserving the natural beauty of the area. This is the first new private golf club to open in West Palm Beach in 25 years, marking a significant development in the region’s golfing landscape.
