WRE News: Foundation Completed for Aria Reserve North Tower in Miami

Miami Beach, FL – August 12, 2024 – The 62-story Aria Reserve North Tower in Edgewater has officially completed its foundation pour.

Over the weekend, L&R Structural Corp. shared the milestone on social media, marking a significant step in the tower’s construction.

The project, which includes two identical towers each standing 649 feet tall, has been progressing swiftly, with the South Tower having already topped off in April. The twin towers will collectively offer around 743 condos, with Melo Group as the developer and Arquitectonica as the architect behind the design.
