WRE News: Avant Gallery Unveils Plans for Miami Beach Flagship at 1111 Lincoln Road

Miami Beach, FL – August 5, 2024 – Avant Gallery, Miami’s leading contemporary art gallery founded in 2007, released renderings of its soon to open Miami Beach flagship residence at the iconic 1111 Lincoln Road, designed by Herzog & de Meuron.

According to a press release issued by the gallery, Dmitry Prut, the gallery’s founder who is known to champion the careers of numerous emerging artists, and has added the Avant Home lifestyle concept currently open in Aventura Mall, where it held premieres for Andy Warhol fine art rug collections and revolutionary AI art in partnership with the Frida Kahlo Museo, is intending to expand the Avant brand by cross-pollinating art and design with iconic real estate activations.

No word yet on what programming will take place at the new 6,000 sf corner space, but expectations are high for another forward-thinking cutting-edge experience, with the signature touch that Avant is renowned for.
