WRE News: Major Food Group, Terra & One Thousand Group’s Villa Miami Set to Break Ground Soon

Miami, FL – July 29, 2024 – A striking new addition to Miami’s skyline is on the horizon with Villa Miami Residences’ upcoming groundbreaking.

Moss Construction has been contracted to build the 56-story, 650-foot-tall “architectural marvel,” featuring a distinctive copper-colored exoskeletal design. The tower will house 72 residences and a rooftop helipad, with a restaurant by Major Food Group adding to its allure. Ed Baro, Executive Vice President of Moss, describes Villa Miami as an “elegantly stunning concept,” with ODP serving as the architect.

Groundbreaking is set for this summer, marking the start of a project developed in partnership by Major Food Group, David Martin’s Terra Group Miami, and One Thousand Group.
