Miami Beach, FL – July 11, 2024 – Art Basel has announced 283 exhibitors for its 2024 edition, the first led by new director Bridget Finn.
Scheduled for December 6-8 with VIP previews on December 4-5, this year’s Art Basel Miami Beach will feature 283 exhibitors, slightly surpassing last year’s count. The 2024 edition, led by Bridget Finn, will include 32 first-time exhibitors — the largest group of newcomers since 2008 — with galleries from 34 countries, primarily from the Americas. Renowned exhibitors such as Gagosian, Hauser & Wirth, and Pace Gallery will participate, alongside 25 galleries debuting in the main Galleries section.
Miami-based artists and art galleries have also received an increased amount of international attention in recent years. Five local galleries will present at the fair: David Castillo Gallery, Central Fine, @Fredric Snitzer Gallery, Piero Atchugarry Gallery and Spinello Projects.
The fair will also feature five additional sections: Nova, for recent works; Positions, for solo showcases; Survey, for pre-2000 works; Kabinett, for presentations within a main booth; and Meridians, for large-scale works, curated by Yasmil Raymond.
Finn emphasized the fair’s commitment to equitable participation and creating an unmissable experience for all attendees, promising exceptional quality and ambition from the participating galleries.
