WRE News: 45-Story Tower Planned Across MiamiCentral in Downtown Miami

Miami, FL – July 8, 2024 – A new residential tower is coming to Downtown Miami: First & Fifth, a 700,000-square-foot project by Oak Row Equities, will rise 45 stories across from Brightline’s MiamiCentral, boasting a perfect transit score of 100.

Designed by ODP Architects, the tower will pay homage to Miami’s Venetian architecture and incorporate elements from the historic Doge Palace in Venice, while preserving a 1925 historic structure on the site.

The development will feature 500 luxury apartments with robust amenities. Oak Row Equities secured the site for $38.5 million in an off-market deal with seller financing.

The project adds to Oak Row’s portfolio, which includes The Oasis, Wynwood Plaza, 2600 Biscayne Boulevard, and 2900 Terrace.
