WRE News: New 856-Unit Residential Tower Planned for Earlington Heights Metrorail Station

Miami, FL – July 6, 2024 – A major residential project is set to transform the Earlington Heights Metrorail station area with 856 new units.

Developer Earlington Metro, LLC has submitted new renderings and plans for a large workforce multifamily development to Miami-Dade for Administrative Site Plan Review. The project will feature two 15-story towers on land currently occupied by bus bays, which will be leased from the county.

In addition to the residential units, the development will include 33,827 square feet of retail space. Arquitectonica Architecture is the architect behind the design, with the latest filing submitted to the county on June 19.
