Parador La Huella, or more widely known as La Huella continues to earn the title of ‘Best Restaurant in Uruguay’ by Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants and ‘Best Beachside Restaurant on the Planet’ by Bon Appetit magazine. From Friday, June 21st through Sunday, June 23rd the chic coastal destination is taking over Amara at Paraiso by James Beard Award-Winning Chef Michael Schwartz. La Huella will transform the second floor of the waterfront property into an alluring beachside landscape. Guests can experience their renowned seafood specialties in a stylish setting for dinner (Friday & Saturday) or Sunday brunch.
