Miami, FL – June 19, 2024 – Several Miami bakeries have been recognized among the best in the United States by a prestigious French dining guide.

La Liste, a global dining ranking, announced its 2024 pastry awards, highlighting seven Miami spots. Bachour Miami in Coral Gables, Yann Couvreur, Zak The Baker in Wynwood, Julia and Henry’s downtown food hall vendors L’Artisane Bakery and Edda’s Cake Designs, La Migaja Mexican Bakery, and Taste Rite Bakery were all celebrated for their exceptional offerings. Additionally, Puerto Rican-born Antonio Bachour received the Pastry Innovation Award for his creative business ideas.

La Liste aggregates data from nearly 1,000 international sources, akin to Rotten Tomatoes for food, to recognize top restaurants and emerging trends. Other notable U.S. winners include Dominique Ansel of New York, awarded the Pastry Game Changer Award for his industry influence, and Margie Lorenzana Mankzke of Republique Café in Los Angeles, honored as Pastry Talent of the Year.
