WRE News: Morabito Properties Expands Wyncatcher Development in Wynwood

Miami, FL – June 18, 2024 – Morabito Properties is making waves in Wynwood with the expansion and refinancing of its @wyncatcher development.

Morabito Properties, led by Valerio Morabito, has acquired an adjacent warehouse at 2150 NW Miami Court to expand its Wyncatcher development, a mixed-use creative office property at 2413 NW 1st Avenue. The firm secured a $35 million loan from BridgeInvest l to refinance the assemblage, including Wyncatcher I, which is fully leased to Knotel and set to open this summer.

The new warehouse, to be transformed into Wyncatcher II, will feature a state-of-the-art commercial space designed by Vagabond Architecture, complementing the existing Wyncatcher I by Arquitectonica Architecture, with murals by VHILS adding to the neighborhood’s vibrant art scene. Knotel has signed a seven-year pre-lease for Wyncatcher I, offering office spaces and a restaurant, with elegant industrial-style windows over two stories.
