Miami, FL – June 11, 2024 – Jeff Bezos dropped $90 million on a third Indian Creek Island property.
The Amazon founder has spent nearly a quarter-billion dollars buying up homes on Miami’s Billionaire Bunker. Bezos, who is the third richest person in the world according to Forbes, will reside in the six-bedroom mansion while his other two properties on the island undergo renovations.
Prior to his latest purchase, Bezos bought two other properties on the exclusive island for $68 million and $79 million respectively. With this acquisition, Bezos now owns three out of the 40 homes on Indian Creek Island, sharing the neighborhood with notable figures like Tom Brady and Ivanka Trump.
The new estate, originally built in 1956 and expanded in subsequent years, boasts 10,000 square feet of living space, a swimming pool, and a boat dock on Biscayne Bay.
Bezos announced his move from Seattle to Miami last November to be closer to family and his fiancée, Lauren Sanchez.
