Miami, FL – June 2, 2024 – Juvia Group has signed a 15-year lease to open its Solana concept at the Standard Residences, the 12-story, 228-unit development under construction at 3100 Northeast First Avenue.
This project, spearheaded by Carlos Rosso’s Rosso Development, Standard International, and Alex Vadia’s Midtown Development, marks the first Standard Hotels-branded residential venture, expected to be completed next summer. The new restaurant will feature a separate elevator entrance for public access, situated next to the residents’ exclusive pool deck, adding to Midtown’s growing allure.
The Miami-based Juvia Group, led by Jonas and Alexandra Millán, previously operated its flagship “Juvia” at the iconic 1111 Lincoln Road until its closure last August. With plans to reopen at Miami Worldcenter next year, the new Solana restaurant in Midtown Miami will be designed by Manuel Clavel Arquitectos, with the Standard Residences’ architecture handled by Arquitectonica. This venture signifies a significant milestone, with Rosso highlighting the strategic growth of Midtown as a key factor in attracting Juvia to this location.
