Cymbal DLT Celebrates Grand Opening of Laguna Gardens in Miami Gardens

Miami, FL – May 23, 2024 – Cymbal DLT Companies (Cymbal DLT), an integrated real estate development firm based in South Florida, has completed construction of Laguna Gardens, a 341-unit garden-style multifamily community in the City of Miami Gardens, and is welcoming its first tenants upon the successful receipt of the development’s initial Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO). Located at 20775 NW 17th Avenue, the development spans 10 low-rise buildings across 14 acres adjacent to Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium.
