Miami, FL – May 20, 2024 – Set to redefine Miami’s skyline, Clear Residences, a towering 60-story structure reaching 690 feet above ground, has unveiled its plans and renderings after years of development.

Designed by renowned architect Kobi Karp and developed by Blutrich Holdings Inc., Clear Residences promises to be a distinctive addition to Miami’s urban landscape. The tower will boast 544 residential units, 3,680 square feet of commercial space, and a parking facility with 157 spaces across five levels, far exceeding the zoning code’s minimum requirements due to its strategic location.

Scheduled for review by Miami’s Urban Development Review Board, the ambitious project has been in the works since at least 2022.
