Commonly referred to as one of the world’s most sustainable bars, Himkok features a fully operational distillery that produces nearly 80% of the spirits used, including aquavit, gin, and vodka. This unwavering commitment to eco-conscious practices earned the establishment the prestigious Ketel One Sustainable Bar Award in 2018.
