Miami, FL – April 25, 2024 – Step inside the wonderful world of Lionel Messi at “The Messi Experience: A Dream Come True

The interactive experience allows fans a closer glimpse into Messi’s life across nine thematic installations, from the superstar athlete’s childhood to his biggest career triumphs. Throughout the immersive spaces, guests can dive into some of the most important moments in Messi’s life, train like the athlete, and so much more.

“It is not easy recreating the life and career of an athlete with the amazing trajectory like Lionel Messi,” shares the team at Primo Entertainment — the minds behind the interactive tour. “There are a lot of details that go into the planning and design. But the most difficult part is bringing it all to life so the public and not only see it, but also feel and experience it.”

WRE: How did Primo Entertainment and Moment Factory collaborate to bring about The Messi Experience?

David Rosenfeld: Once Primo secured the exclusive rights to develop and produce “The Messi Experience”, we quickly knew that we needed to bring on a studio that can rise to the level the this project deserves, and together with Primo Entertainment, can create an experience that will disrupt the industry and leave a lasting impression on every single visitor that came through, and that was Moment Factory. We then began a multi-year process of creating a concept, designing that concept, developing it, and finally, bringing it to life by producing it and building it out. We could not be happier with the final result and are excited for the public to finally be able to experience the amazing life and career of Lionel Messi first hand, at “The Messi Experience”.

WRE: Can you elaborate on the process of recreating key moments from Messi‘s life, such as his childhood room or the World Cup victory parade, within the exhibition?

DR: It is not easy recreating the life and career of an athlete with the amazing trajectory like Lionel Messi. There are a lot of details that go into the planning and design. But the most difficult part is bringing it all to life so the public and not only see it, but also feel and experience it. The idea of “The Messi Experience” is for the public to be a part of Lionel’s amazing career, live through high’s and low’s, and experience it as if they were in his shoes, from Rosario all the way through his arrival in Miami, and everything in-between.

WRE: What other immersive virtual experiences has Primo done in the past?

DR: Primo has done many immersive experiences over the last few years. We did “Beyond Van Gogh” throughout the United States and Latin America, as well as, Beyond Monet, Frida Kahlo, and Space Adventure. While they were all great and were very well received, “The Messi Experience” is another level, in terms of production, technology, and the show itself. It truly is something that has never been seen before.
