Miami, FL – March 12, 2024 – Tech giant Apple is expanding its footprint in Miami as reports confirm the imminent arrival of an Apple Store at the Miami World Center. The news follows the filing of a lease agreement with Miami-Dade, a development backed by two key figures associated with Worldcenter. The upcoming Apple Store will occupy a standalone building adjacent to the prominent Jewel Box structure within the Worldcenter complex. Renderings of the store were unveiled to Miami planners in 2022, with architectural plans crafted by Gensler Design. With a construction permit issued in November, the project is now underway, and the store is anticipated to welcome customers by the following year at the earliest.
