The transformation aims to infuse the historic property with contemporary luxury while honoring its Art Deco heritage and storied past that dates back to 1940. The renovation is not just a facelift but a complete reimagination of the guest experience, from the lobby designed to offer ocean views upon check-in to the introduction of two innovative dining concepts and a cocktail bar by the Jose Andres Group, marking their first partnership with Hyatt.
