Fabio Trabocchi, based in Washington, D.C., earned a Michelin Star for his restaurant Fiola. Thomas McNaughton, the chef-owner of Flour + Water, hails from San Francisco. Miami-born Chef Daniel Ganem’s culinary passion was nurtured in his family’s kitchen. He now leads as the executive chef at Fiola Miami, the location for this exceptional lunch experience. In the same culinary world, Ryan Pollnow, co-executive chef and vice president of the Flour + Water Hospitality Group, honed his skills in Northern California and abroad, with a particular fondness for seasonal cooking, making this event truly exceptional.
