Miami, FL – February 22, 2024 – Culinary fierceness times four! Marc Forgione is chef/owner of Restaurant Marc Forgione and Peasant and co-owner of Khe-Yo. He won season 3 of Food Network’s “The Next Iron Chef” at just 31, making him the youngest winner in the show’s history. And of course he’s known for his roles as judge on The Food Network’s highest rated hits – Chopped and Chopped Junior – as well as appearances on Guy’s Grocery Games, Beat Bobby Flay, Worst Cooks in America and The Kitchen. Peter Boulukos is the Co-Founder and Culinary Director of The Restaurant People (TRP) hospitality group which has developed, managed and operated more than 70 restaurants in South Florida, including its newest concept – Giselle Miami helmed by Executive Chef Gustavo Zuluaga located on the rooftop of E11EVEN in the heart of Miami’s downtown arts and entertainment District.
