The new H&M store will be situated on the second level of the North Block, taking over the former La Centrale and Luna Park space and occupying two floors at Brickell City Centre. The expanded storefront promises a chic shopping experience with upgraded finishes, including tile flooring, special tile detailing, open-air ceilings, a grand staircase, guest lounge areas, and a large-scale screen showcasing H&M’s latest campaigns across women’s, men’s, and kids’ collections. The move comes amidst Brickell City Centre’s remarkable success, bucking the trend of declining malls across the country. Foot traffic surged by an impressive 21.4% in 2023, leading to a record-breaking holiday season with increased visitor numbers. Additionally, overall retail sales witnessed a robust 13% growth last year. Notably, the shopping destination is now fully leased, achieving 100% occupancy for the first time since its opening in 2016, and has welcomed 24 new brands since 2020.
