Miami, FL – February 8, 2024 – The much anticipated Bob Marley One Love Movie had a stellar red carpet premiere at the Regal South Beach, followed by an exclusive private after party at Swan. Hosted by Rohan Marley and Family, the evening included a massive Marley Family legacy, from Bob Marley’s children to grandchildren: Robbie and Ashley Marley, Nico Marley, Joshua Marley, Eden Marley Vernon & Oliver Vernon, Shacia Payne Marley, Lailah Marley, Jeremiah Marley, Benjamin Marley, Matthew Prendergast, Timmy Prendergast, KJ Marley, Kastian Marley, Kristian Marley, Soul Marley, and Zaya Booker. Notable friends and family from Jamaica to Miami and beyond walked the carpet, and Miami-Dade County Commissioner Danielle Cohen Higgins presented a proclamation to the Marley Family declaring February 8, 2024 Bob Marley One Love Day in Miami. Jamaican Consul General Oliver Mair, Kingsley Ben-Adir, who played Bob Marley in the film, Aston Barrett Jr. who portrayed his father in the film, Joakim Noah, Lais Ribeiro, Jerome Duran, Gloria and Emilio Estefan, Chris Jones, Maffio, Romero Britto, Chris Gayle, Hassan Whiteside, Isiah Hill, Duke Riley, Christian Wilkins, Walshy Fire, and Spragga Benz enjoyed the One Love vibes at the screening and after party. Presented by Paramount Pictures, the premiere was also supported by Crown Royal. The after party was presented by Rohan Marley and Lion Order, with support from the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau and Outsyde. The party was rocking steady to tunes selected by DJ Shacia Payne Marley with iconic Jamaican patties from Golden Krust Miami.
