Miami, FL – February 6, 2024 – Fiola Miami and the famous Italian seaside resort, Borgo Egnazia, collaborated on a Quattro Mani dinner on Tuesday, February 6th and Wednesday, February 7th at the iconic Italian restaurant located in Coral Gables. The spectacular sold-out, two-night affair featured Fiola Miami’s Chef Danny Ganem and Chef Domingo Schingaro of Due Camini, the Michelin starred restaurant located within the award-winning resort. The Quattro Mani, or “four hands dinner” was a celebration of the rich cuisine, wines, and hospitality of Puglia, the ancestral home of Fiola Miami’s local owner Tom Angelo. Guests enjoyed exclusive dishes such as Yellowfin Tuna Semi Cotto and Rombo Croccante Pezzemolo, wild Mediterranean Turbot served with parsley sauce and lemon gelee, paired with exquisite all-Puglian wines like Tenuta Bocca di Lupo, Pietrabianca, Chardonnay, Fiano 2022; and Tormaresca, Torcicoa, Primitivo 2020.  Known for hosting Dolce & Gabbana’s annual retreat and attracting Hollywood celebrities like Madonna and Ryan Seacrest, Borgo Egnazia was the perfect partner for this extraordinary collaboration.
