Miami, FL – February 4, 2024 – In a significant development for Miami’s craft beer scene, Wynwood Brewing, a pioneer since its establishment in 2013, is bidding farewell to its location at 565 NW 24th St today. The brewery, founded by Luis Brignoni and his father Luis “Pops” Brignoni Sr., played a crucial role in shaping the local craft beer landscape. Celebrated for winning a gold medal at the 2014 Great American Beer Festival just a year after opening, Wynwood Brewing Company is set to merge with its sister brewpub, Veza Sur Brewing CO, situated a few blocks away at 55 NW 25th St. Expressing gratitude to its patrons on Instagram, the brewery revealed plans to concentrate on expanding its renowned La Rubia while continuing to brew signature beers like Father Francisco and Pops Porter.
