Miami, FL – January 26, 2024 – Internationally acclaimed photographer David LaChapelle takes center stage in Visu.Gallery’s new exhibition, “DAVID LACHAPELLE: HAPPY TOGETHER.”  Curated by gallery owners Bruce Halpryn and Blake Pearson, the collection showcases over 30 significant photographs spanning LaChapelle’s career from 1985 to the present, including a premiere of his latest work. Highlights encompass iconic pieces like Archangel Uriel (1985) and the unveiling of LaChapelle’s newest creation, Three Graces (male) (2023), inspired by Raphael’s master painting. Born in Harford, Connecticut, in 1963, David LaChapelle’s career soared after capturing the cultural renaissance in Miami Beach in 1986. His innovative storytelling, mastery of color, and imaginative compositions have made him one of the most influential living photographers. The exhibition will run thru March 2, 2024 at VISU Contemporary.
