Miami, FL – December 21, 2023 – Introducing Chateau ZZ’s, a brand new Mexican culinary concept by Major Food Group (MFG) and its co-founders Jeff Zalaznick, Mario Carbone, and Rich Torrisi in the heart of Miami. Chateau ZZ’s opens its doors to the public for the first time, introducing Mexican cuisine to MFG’s portfolio of fine dining establishments. Showcasing a two-story marvel crafted by MFG’s in-house team in collaboration with Ken Fulk, Inc, the opulent venture breathes new life into Miami’s sole chateau, originally built in 1931 and previously serving as a private residence. The first level boasts a glamorous Mexican restaurant, vibrant bar, stunning solarium, and inviting gardens, marking MFG’s debut in Mexican cuisine. The second level, exclusively for ZZ’s Club members, offers private amenities, continuing the legacy of MFG’s coveted community inaugurated in 2021 in the Miami Design District.
