Miami, FL – December 3, 2023 – Okan Tower Miami has unveiled the Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel as part of its project. Situated at 555 N. Miami Ave and integrated into the 70-story Okan Tower, the hotel will occupy floors 13 to 30 and boast a sophisticated design by renowned interior designer Adil Tunca, featuring a breathtaking lobby and panoramic views of Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay. With 316 keys, the Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel will offer an exclusive, luxurious experience, providing guests with three levels of amenities, including a swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, full-service spa, and versatile meeting rooms. The ambitious project, Okan Group’s first U.S. development, showcases a striking tulip-inspired design by Behar Font & Partners, symbolizing the Turkish origins of the Okan Group and blending modern architecture with cultural heritage. Beyond the hotel, the mixed-use structure includes Sky Residences, short-term rental residences managed by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and Class A office space, offering high-end living and working spaces. Construction of Okan Tower is underway with completion set for 2027.
