Miami, FL – November 30, 2023 – A trio of pioneering developers, Lionheart Capital, Leviathan Development, and Well Duo, join forces to unveil Mirai Design District at 4200 NE 2nd Avenue — A revolutionary mixed-use development set to redefine elegance and simplicity in architectural design. 

Designed by the acclaimed Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, known as the ‘inimitable Japanese architect’ by Architectural Digest, MIRAI marks Kuma’s debut mixed-use project in the United States, promising to be a world-class attraction for Miami. Embodying the Japanese word “MIRAI,” meaning “the distant future,” the project emphasizes forward-thinking and innovation.
