The Grand Opening of Ostrow Brasserie

Miami, FL – November 18, 2023 – Ostrow Brasserie, the French kosher eatery making waves in Buena Vista for its innovative menu, charming space and wide appeal celebrated with a Grand Opening Party on Saturday, November 18th, also kicking off a new weekly Saturday post-Shabbat dinner party. Created by Olivia Ostrowand Eli Dadon, Ostrow Brasserie aims to elevate kosher dining into an unforgettable culinary adventure. The innovative restaurant features traditional French dishes, a sophisticated design, open kitchen and a tropical oasis back patio. Also new at Ostrow Brasserie this month is the introduction of O’s Raw Bar, a culinary collaboration with Michelin-starred Chef Mike Collantes  that combines the traditional French raw bar concept with upscale kosher dining. On Saturday, Chef Olivia Ostrow and Eli Dadoun hosted tastemakers like Steve and Elizabeth Resnick, Alicia Peristeris, Dorris Glenn Richards, Nick and Diana Pavlov Fletcher, Noa Ostrow, Alexander and Vanessa Menkes Orlofsky, Nick Wigoda, Scott and Shoshana Wagner, Jon Warech, Paul and Sandy Steinberg, Arti Ben Elazar, Leslie Weil, Michelle Saka, and many more who enjoyed bites, sips, and sounds by DJ Christophe Muller. Season ahead brings the kick off of a new post-Shabbat Saturday night dinner party, Chanukah celebrations, a Chinoiserie French-Chinese Christmas dinner, and a “Miami to St. Tropez” New Year’s Eve Celebration.
