WRE: How does Night Swim plan to make its daily happy hour and sunset soirées stand out from other offerings in Miami?

BJ: Personally, I think the views and location alone speak for themselves, but when you add a daily happy hour from 4 PM to 7 PM featuring $7 specialty cocktails, craft beer, and wine by the glass, the term “stand out” takes on a whole new meaning. We firmly believe that this is not just a desire but a necessity for the city of Miami.

WRE: What are some of the cocktails on the menu? Are there any exclusive collaborations with local breweries?

BJ: The Jack Knife, one of our delightfully refreshing signature cocktails, is the perfect drink to sip on during a leisurely day playing hooky by the pool, featuring Grey Goose vodka, house-blended watermelon, and freshly squeezed lime juice. If you’re looking for a more spirited drink, our Carajillo Espresso Martini offers a unique twist on the classic. Made with Tequila, Licor 43, and Panther Coffee Espresso, this blend makes it an ideal choice for Happy Hour or as a pre-game ritual before catching a Miami Heat game right across the street. For beer enthusiasts, we’ve collaborated with our friends at Tripping Animals Brewery in Doral to create a special treat – the Night Swim Disco Sour. Crafted exclusively for us, this brew offers guests a genuine taste of Miami, making it a must-try for those looking to savor the local flavors.

WRE: What’s a signature standout food offering available at Night Swim Rooftop Bar?

BJ: Without a doubt, our Black Truffle Tequenos are set to become a signature dish that Night Swim will be renowned for – They are nothing short of sensational.
