Miami, FL – August 28, 2023 – Renowned Chef Jose Andres is set to launch Zaytinya, a Mediterranean culinary delight, at Ritz Carlton South Beach Having left a flavorful legacy in Miami Beach with The Bazaar, José Andrés makes a triumphant return after its closure earlier this year, while his former location transforms into the Michelin-starred Elcielo. Zaytinya, already thriving in Washington D.C. and New York, is set to grace The Ritz Carlton as its third branch, promising a tantalizing menu that draws inspiration from Turkish, Greek, and Lebanese cuisine. Taking over all dining operations, including restaurants and in-room dining, the Jose Andres Group aims to introduce a new epicurean experience at the upscale hotel, inhabiting the space currently occupied by Fuego y Mar Mediterranean restaurant.
