WRE News: Newly Formed Hospitality Group Sault to Open Two New Concepts in Coconut Grove

Miami, FL – August 23, 2023 – Some of the minds behind the innovative vinyl listening bar dantes hifi have formed a new hospitality group “Sault”, acquiring two spaces in Coconut Grove.Partners Alan Drummond, Rude Boysven, and Jourdaaaamn have secured two spaces, one of them previously housing Navé formerly owned by Ariete Hospitality. The acqusition finalized in June sets the stage for Sault Hospitality’s groundbreaking debut. Sault Hospitality will reimagine the premises, introducing a thrilling new concept to replace the Navé space while preserving the beloved boutique sake and wine shop – The Allocation Room. Sights are set for a grand opening in the first quarter of 2024.
