Miami, FL – August 22, 2023 – Ariete Hospitality, led by chef/restaurateur Piginc, is gearing up for an exciting double summer debut presenting Eva and The Oyster Bar at CocoWalk Miami. Bringing the Mediterranean culinary magic to the heart of Coconut Grove, Eva will provide a delectable dining experience with a twist, crafted by the culinary talents of Michael Beltran and executive chef Ashley Moncada. Meanwhile, The Oyster Bar, nestled within Eva, will enchant guests with its intimate speakeasy-style atmosphere, offering a delightful selection of oysters and handcrafted cocktails. Eva’s interior, spanning 4,100 square feet of indoor space, features a harmonious blend of rustic and modern design with warm sandy hues and opulent gold accents, solid wood furnishings, woven rattan chair-backs, and a main bar crowned with a marbled top that rests on a bed of weathered stones. The setting caters to diverse preferences, accommodating 139 guests across the main bar, dining area, and outdoor patio enveloping CocoWalk’s Greek-inspired rear fountain.The two-phase launch will unfold in late summer, with The Oyster Bar leading the way.
