Miami Beach, FL – August 9, 2023 – Treehouse Miami a long-standing nightclub situated at 323 23rd St. in Miami Beach, has stunned the city by unexpectedly closing over the weekend.

The establishment, known for hosting renowned DJs and unforgettable nights, announced its closing party on short notice via Instagram, inviting patrons to bid farewell and enjoy its final moments.

Having first opened its doors in 2011 under the ownership of Jeremy Waks and designer Dave Glass, Treehouse quickly became a hotspot for music enthusiasts. Over its 12-year run, the club played host to some of the world’s top DJs, from Adam Beyer to Nina Kraviz and Sven Väth.

Despite having weathered challenges, including a temporary closure during the 2020 pandemic, Treehouse struggled to recapture the same fervor it enjoyed during its early years. The exact reasons for the sudden closure, now under the ownership of Michael Freundlich, remain unclear.
