WRE News: Bridget Finn Appointed as Art Basel Miami Beach Director

Miami Beach, FL – July 20, 2023 – Art Basel has appointed gallerist and curator @Bridget Finn as the new director for Art Basel Miami Beach.

Based in New York City, Finn will assume the role in September, becoming the first director since Noah Horowitz stepped down in 2021 to take on the position of Art Basel’s CEO, succeeding Marc Spiegler’s 15-year tenure.

As the director, Finn’s responsibilities will encompass overseeing the fair’s staging, expanding Art Basel’s network of galleries, collectors, and artists in the Americas, and collaborating with South Florida’s arts institutions, according to a press release.
