WRE News: Chef Massimo Bottura to Host Six Course Pop-Up During Miami F1 Week

Miami, FL – April 19, 2023 – Ferrari fans, rejoice! Chef Massimo Bottura is bringing Italian horsepower for Formula 1 weekend with GR8 Experience.

Lead chef of the three-Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana in Modena will be headlining a six-course dinner and cook alongside fellow Michelin-starred chefs, Juan Manuel Barrientos and Bernardo Paladini. The evening also includes a cocktail reception with elixirs from flavor scientist, Alex Ott and an after-party with beats from Benny Benassi. The $6,000 per-person dinner, Once Upon a Kitchen, will be hosted The Deck at Island Gardens on Friday, May 5, and is sure to deliver a once upon a lifetime experience.
