Miami, FL – February 26, 2023 – Marc Vetri’s wildly popular Fiorella Pasta Bar in Philadelphia and Las Vegas is popping up in Miami for one night only on Sunday, February 26. For this first-of-its-kind event, Vetri will recreate Fiorella’s pasta magic at SGWS Wynwood’s open kitchen venue, live in person.  For this first-of-its-kind SOBEWFF® event, he’ll recreate much of the magic that is, as it always has been, at the heart of Fiorella’s success. The demonstration kitchen at SGWS Wynwood, Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits’ state-of-the-art hospitality center, will provide guests with an intimate, in-depth view of Vetri’s remarkable talents as he serves up a sumptuous menu devoted to one of the culinary world’s most reliable comfort foods.
