The 12th Annual Slow Food Miami Tasting Party
Miami Beach, FL – March 16, 2023 – Over 250 ravenous foodies joined an elite group of South Florida’s top chefs for the 12th Annual Slow Food Miami “Snail of Approval” Tasting Party. The event, held at The Palms Hotel & Spa, raised money for Slow Food Miami, the local 100% volunteer non-profit dedicated to “planting a fresher future for our children.” The annual event generated enough funds for 57 new edible gardens throughout the community. This unforgettable evening was made possible thanks to partnerships with The Palms Hotel & Spa, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, JetSet Sounds, Republic National, Benesch Investment Group, Menu Men Inc., and Brustman Carrino Public Relations.
