Miami, FL -February 25, 2023 – Two cutting-edge chefs took on SOBEWFF® by storm with this immersive dinner that broadened guests boundaries and skyrocketed their senses. Juan-Manuel Barrientos invited guests into his exceptionally creative Brickell restaurant, which received a coveted Michelin star, for a sensory experience unlike any other. For this innovative dinner, the flourishing Medellín-born founder and creator of the Elcielo restaurant chain collaborated with another master of the avant-garde – the Michelin-starred chef Ryan Ratino of the playful and progressive Jônt and Bresca in Washington, D.C. Chef Ratino’s exquisite technique, which is rooted in France but has beautifully evolved into something far more distinctive, is the ideal match for Barrientos, who draws culinary inspiration from many Latin countries, including his ancestral Colombia.
