The evening paired over 60 of the nation’s most acclaimed chefs with more than 65 first-rate wineries from around the globe. The Fontainebleau Miami Beach set the perfect stage for this swanky walkaround tasting spotlighting a superb roster of James Beard Award winners, Food & Wine Best New Chefs, and Michelin-starred restaurants alongside some of the world’s most renowned winemakers. Guests were able to sample a decadent array of cuisines and varietals before making their way to the event’s expertly curated Wine Wall, which gave attendees the chance to take the Best of the Best experience home with them, one coveted bottle at a time. Chef Ambrely Ouimette and team served Baja Bluefin Otoro Nigiri with miso, fermented honey brown butter, and a spherification of truffle caviar.
