WRE News: 2 am Alcohol Curfew Passes with Exceptions in Miami Beach’s SoFi Neighborhood

Miami Beach, FL – February 22, 2023 – BREAKING NEWS — Miami Beach has passed an ordinance that suspends the selling of alcohol past 2 am (with exceptions) in the South of Fifth neighborhood.

The ordinance, passed today on a 5-to-2 vote, excludes establishments with less than 100 occupancy (venues with entertainment licenses or dance halls would not be excluded).

No venue will be allowed outdoor alcohol consumption past 2am.
