Grand Opening of The Versus Project at Museum of Graffiti Presented by Rip It

Miami, FL – February 2, 2023 – The Museum of Graffiti unveiled its latest international exhibition by German artist duo, Layer Cake. Layer Cake is the creative team of Patrick Hartl and Christian Hundertmark, two graffiti veterans from Munich, Germany, who invite artists around the world to collaborate in a rather unusual way. The process begins when Layer Cake starts a canvas in their studio and then sends it to a globally renown guest artist to work on without consulting Layer Cake on creative choices. The works are sent back and forth several times until all parties are satisfied with the result. The results are stunning, dynamic, and sometimes otherworldly. The Museum made the concept literal by printing several paintings onto a giant, 4 tiered layer cake for everyone to enjoy along with Rip It energy drinks.
