Slate Hallandale Beach Grand Opening

Hallandale Beach, FL – September 14, 2022 – On Wednesday, Sept. 14, Slate Hallandale Beach hosted a grand opening event to celebrate its newly completed 26-story luxury rental community with 250 modern residences. The developer of the high rise, PPG Development led by CEO Ari Pearl, was joined byMichael Neumanof BH3 Management and acclaimed South Florida architect Kobi Karp, who designed the striking building and its sumptuous interiors including furnishings in the common areas and amenities. Steven Gurowitz, whose award-winning Interiors by Steven G decorated the development’s model units, was also in attendance along with Atlantic Pacific Companies’ Director of Regional Operations Krista Rojas and Regional Manager Augusto Taylhardat, who is leading leasing and management of the elevated living community. Scores of South Florida’s top-producing luxury real estate agents came out to experience Hallandale Beach’s brand new gem first hand. Throughout the evening the 150 guests, among which were many Slate residents and members of the press, mingled and enjoyed hand-crafted made-to-order pizzas, passed hors d’oeuvres refreshments under the cotton candy pink-and-blue sky alongside Slate’s resort-style pool and throughout the lavish indoor club room and stylish amenity lobby. Attendees were treated to a glimpse into Slate’s lifestyle of unrivaled luxury with personal tours of the property’s stunning 20,000 square feet of resort-inspired amenities, chic model units, and enormous penthouses, which boast panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway and glittering Miami skyline.
